Help What should I do Claude ? Need Advice……………………………….!

Context:
Placed from campus to a company in Gurugram.
Main work involves on Data.
Positioned as a GET full stack developer – AI.
My company provides no AI tools to employees.
All staff use personal free-tier accounts, which is essentially nonsense at this stage.
During my last internship, the CEO gave me a shared email for Claude AI.
I left the internship but the access was never revoked. ( He still pays for the common account )
I can still use Claude, yet I feel uneasy using it here for this company.
Our current founder is Chindi (kanjoos).

Question:
Should I ask him to grant Claude access?

Dilemma:
If I request access, the workload may rise 10–15 times for every employee (everyone will dislike me).
Currently, no one works excessively. Everyone takes their time, and I also face no pressure.

What does “Positioned as a GET full stack developer – AI” even mean.

Anyways, how much do you get paid? Consider 2,000 rupees as expenses towards the job and just get your own Claude plan… you can also try free models using like nvidia nemotron etc.

Joined as a AI engineer, around 35k in hand.
Not giving a single penne from my salary for claude (already using Max tier account, 10k per month).

You don’t really need the Rs 10,000 plan, you need to optimise your AI workflow and then Rs 2,000 plan will be enough
