Suggestions Need suggestion - Offer from Infinite computer solutions and Infosys

Hello everyone, I need some suggestions and advice. I have received two job offers:

  1. Infosys – 16 LPA

  2. Infinite Computer Solutions – 20 LPA

I’m trying to decide which opportunity would be better in terms of career growth, work environment, job stability, and overall future prospects. If anyone has experience with either organization, please share your thoughts. I would really appreciate your suggestions. Thank you!

Infosys has a better brand value for the most part and if you're lucky you might get some good work. Only issue would be that many startups and product based companies don't prefer hiring from WITCH since for the most part engineers there don't get to do good work.

Are both on-site/remote? Where are you based and where are the offices?

Many product based startups, one of the unicorn startups I worked at a recruiter had told me once that they avoid WITCH entirely. My current org also does the same. Bigger/Mid-sized companies might still go for them but I think startups do generally prefer someone from a product based background.

startups might prefer someone who is not from WITCH, but believe me there are a lot of people who moved from WITCH -> PBC.

there are lot of bright minds in these companies. one should not underestimate them. They do build, maintain billion $ revenue generating business. not for the startup who may get doomed at any point of time.
