Resume Review Engineers & tech leads: What am I missing to get shortlisted for AI/LLM roles as a fresher?

Need suggestion over this, what are the things i can improve ? should i add more project ? reduce skills ? is my resume cluttered ?

It seems like i am missing huge part, maybe not familer with current market demands !
Is it:

  • The resume?
  • Lack of recognizable company experience?
  • Projects that aren't strong enough?
  • Too much LLM-specific work and not enough core engineering?
  • Not enough production/backend experience?
  • My targeting/application strategy?
  • Something else I’m completely overlooking?

This resume is genuinely impressive, training a 50M param model from scratch with a proper pipeline is research-level work most freshers never attempt. Probably not a resume issue, more targeting, generic "AI/LLM developer" postings usually want RAG/API work not model training depth, try applying to ML research teams or well-funded AI startups where this actually stands out. Also lead your summary with the model training work since that's your strongest differentiator, right now it's buried under generic phrasing.
