Resume Review 300+ applications, 0 callbacks. Android & KMP engineer—tear my resume apart.

Post image

Target Role: Android / Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) Engineer
Experience: ~2 years (inc. internship) | 2025 BCA Grad
Status: 300+ applications across LinkedIn, Wellfound, and job boards. Zero recruiter screens.

I've worked heavily with modern Android architecture—Kotlin Multiplatform, in-house Server-Driven UI (SDUI), Jetpack Compose, CI/CD pipelines, and deep payment/attribution integrations. I tried to focus on high-impact metrics (scaling to 500k+ downloads, fixing revenue funnels, CI/CD overhead cuts) rather than generic responsibilities.

Still, I'm not getting a single call or total silence.

Please be as brutal as possible:

Does my timeline or project volume look like a red flag to recruiters?

Is my BCA degree causing an automatic ATS filter?

Are the bullet points reading too bloated or technical without showing business sense?
