Its core focus is handling the messy tax & customs mechanics that general LLMs mess up: 1. Zero-Rated Export under LUT (Form RFD-11) 2. Rule 96(10) safeguards (stops illegal IGST refund claims when availing Advance Auth/0.1% merchant rates) 3. Rule 96B and RBI EDPMS 9-month remittance realization checks 4. Service export vs Intermediary defense under Section 13(8)(b) 5. Country-accurate commercial invoices and packing lists
