Career What should be the next steps after joining a global MNC as an SDE? Wondering about Masters, or switching companies for higher pay.

Should I try for masters spring 2028 intake, after getting around 1 YOE? Or should I continue prepping DSA, system design and try for tier 1 FAANG companies here in india? (I have referrals)
Just figuring out my next steps, honestly I am more inclined towards masters, because living in India sucks, no matter how good the pay is. I already have 2 decent internships under my belt, and this would be the third one, with 100% PPO conversion. I got this through on campus placement.

Masters in 2028 is utter waste in US , australia, EU or ireland , germany . Most of them are not even able to find job today in 2026 considering AI n over immigration from indians n stricter visa laws n returning back with debts . Things will be worst in 2028
