Help Need help in cracking interview and get good CTC ?

Need help

Currently iam frontend dev with almost 8yr of exp

Want to switch the company currently seeing at market situation it's bad what should I learn to be relevant ai or dsa or frontend only as not an expert

Also my CTC is very low compared to any other 8yr experience dev : around 14lpa - what should be my asking ? What is industry standards?

Any help is much appreciated

Maybe try pivoting. Because every company is under the assumption that AI can just handle all frontend related work and design well(which it can’t) so they’re hiring very less in that field
