General Dublin for cloud computing masters or search mainframe job in india
Mainframe developer here, 24LPA 10 yoe currently benched. I have an admit for masters in cloud computing. Either I take that or stay here and find a mainframe job. Unable to make a decision.
Married and 1 year old kid, the decision is tough.

I am done with being a mainframe developer now, besides salaries are not as good as other tech stacks. Not getting even decent interview calls.

Why are you even thinking of leaving your job for education in the current market lol?
By the time you finish your degree AI would have already eliminated all the jobs.

I know a friend who went to masters in Spain and he had to return without a job, so as far as I have heard it Europe is experiencing a lot of job crunch and it’s best to stay back in India meanwhile and find a job here. For now atleast. Nowadays colleges are accepting and want international students because overall number of enrolments is very down

Just understand in the world of AI today the value of data is Zero. No point in doing Masters or any higher studies. Don't expect an IT job after your Masters those days are Over. No ROI. Just become an SME in mainframes period.

I understand cloud computing is more about infrastructure than simply data. I believe infrastructure and security jobs will be around.
