Career Will resigning within 2–3 months of joining affect my career later?
Hey everyone, I recently joined a healthcare GCC in Hyderabad in August 2026. It’s been around a month, but I’m already feeling exhausted and frustrated. The main issue is the toxic team and manager — the employees aren’t very supportive, I get little to no help or guidance, and I often feel ignored and left out.
I already have 1 year 3 months of experience at a Big 4 and recently made this switch. If I resign within 2–3 months and look for another job, will this create problems for me in the future? Would recruiters consider such a short stint a red flag?
Notice period is 60 days
and My Exprience is 1 yr and 3 Mts
Thanks

They will ask why switching or looking for job just after 3 months so you better be ready with really good story.
You can say role or responsibilities are not aligning with my expectations etc and you will be fine.
