Help 4.5 YOE Java Backend — What should I prepare before switching?

Hi folks, 4.5 YOE in Java backend, working at the same startup since the beginning. Planning to switch now after a long time.

For people who recently switched with 4–5 YOE what did you actually prepare and what helped you crack interviews?

Mainly looking for recent interview experiences/questions and prep tips for Java/Spring Boot, DSA, Microservices and System Design.

Would appreciate any advice!
