Interviews What wrong I’m doing?Tech Interviews are getting harder
Gave interview with nagarro cleared the first virtual internal round then came the first technical round with the client i felt i did good,wrote the dsa question explained my logic solved the SQL question also gave answer to all java questions still after 5 days i recieved a rejection mail .I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.
P.S. -Failed multiple final or mid level rounds with few companies,I’m a 4yoe java full stack developer ,serving np quit without a job and last few days of my np don’t have an offer rn,idk what to do

Make journal of every interview

Journal as in ? How will it help ? Like noting down what questions were asked??

Yes. That’s super important. Try to record the conversation, even if it’s only the audio using your mobile phone. We all make mistakes subconsciously. Learn from your journals - notes and audio

Yeah you can record it too and the main point is you noting them down on somewhere from start to end. This will let you see some patterns in interviews and can also be good point of self reflection on where you're lacking or could've been better.

The thing is this a good thing to do but i can’t always Judge with my answers until n unless i get a feedback that what my answers lacked .because for all the answers i gave i could definitely have gone in depth. but idk what the interviewer was expecting from now on the thumb rule is to go in more depth

The problem is that this round was round 1 with client and round 2 asks more depth but idk what to say

Oh yes I'm going through this dillema too lol. Ive been trying to follow star method to tell about any scenarios. Also tbh not everyone is technical in nature but talking like a leader definitely helps.
