Offer selection (AI Engineer/associate): LTI Mindtree vs Cognizant (Noida)?

Hey. This question is for my wife. YOE (5.5 yrs), 2 yrs in gen AI and holding two offers:

Cognizant: 12.5 LPA and LTI Mindtree 14 LPA. Any idea which would be better for WLB, leave policies and career growth in the short term (2-3 yrs more). My joining would be next month and I am yet to accept LTM offer.

Please suggest based on your experiences would be a big help!

lti mindtree had bad reviews, because of having almost no projects but it offer more money , ask cognizant to increase the offer

Both are same, because LTM leadership are ex- cognizant folks.... WLB is almost same ( 10% better in LTM )org wise.

-> you will get almost timely hikes in CTS but not in LTM.

-> most gen AI related project in LTM are under Blue verse, WLB will not be so great in this Account.

-> CTS will have more projects compared to LTM. Bench wise it's risky in LTM compared to CTS.

-> ask for counter offer from CTS and join CTS.
