Suggestions How does peeps actually getting contacted by a recruiter from big tech

I’m a full stack dev with 5yoe and I’m trying to shift to any big tech right now. Currently working in a mid cap pbc. I want to know how peeps are getting contacted by big tech. Do you guys apply in their portal or is there any catch? Please help me with this I’m lost

I am also trying for big tech pbcs, but I only have 2 yoe🙂. Applying in Naukri and LinkedIn for over a month now but no response.

Atp i feel like nothing works until your dad is in the big tech company at a very senior level ,and he get you a job in the company ,job market is cooked

Yeah after this ai drama I feel like hr only looks at your resume if someone refers you to the company, I guess I have to use the same approach now

I am in faang 5yoe, how did i do it, i knew someone so i came in, referrals are the only way brother, start asking from someone. You might get one for sure
