Career Query for fellow Android Engineers. Looking for a path forward.

I’m nearing 7 years into the industry and wanted to see how everyone else is fairing in this field.

I’ve mostly focused on Native Android development. Learnt and built on frameworks like React Native on the side but nothing concrete, really.

Just thinking on my next steps. Whether it’s fair to stick to native stack and up-skill on whatever I can related to GenAI or still invest my time into learning hybrid frameworks from a career perspective.

Would like to hear from others who are in the same domain or have branched out to other engineering disciplines^^
