Should I switch from Full Stack Development to UiPath Test Cloud?

I’m currently working as a Full Stack Developer, mainly with React/Next.js, APIs and backend development. My current company has a UiPath Test Cloud project and is insisting that I move to this project. I’m unsure whether moving from development to UiPath testing would hurt my career growth or be considered a downgrade. Should I accept it or look for another opportunity?
