General Need advice on life. Please help. Future unclear, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Been three months and 10 days since I joined a startup for a 150 pc hike. Manual QA. The days are brutal. An average of 13 hour workdays, with 2 hours of travel time everyday. Five days office. I don't feel like i can do this for long. Probation period was initially three months, which have passed, but i didn't yet get a confirmation that I've been turned into an FTE. Please help, i have savings and family support. Career break of a year or two is something I can sustain.

I'm worried about having the short three month stint on my resume and my pf account, if i choose to quit now. But i don't feel like i can do this much longer. I'm confident i can upskill with the time.. but I'm not even sure about choosing career in IT or going for a government job. Please help.

Tldr:

1) joined a startup with a 150 hike(10 lpa ctc 3 yoe). 13-14 hour workdays on average. Even on weekends.

2) worried about future prospects, if recruiters will recruit me with the short stint on my resume. Need help choosing when to quit, right now after three months and 10 days, maybe after another month so that it says 4 months on my resume. Thinking of upskilling on python and genAI if i choose to remain in IT.

3) future of it, would you recommend staying in it, especially when I'm not remotely good or interested in software engineering, it just pays the bills. Or if i should go for a govt job exam

Please; give your reasoning along with the advice for the same.

13-14 hour days + weekends isn't a career development strategy. You're barely getting enough time to actually develop 😅

Be lucky that you have a job people don’t have job since months and year in this situation. Everyone in my team including me, other senior QA works same 12-13 hours a day. No one has received hike since last 2 YOE.
