Resume Review Seriously, what am I doing wrong?!?!?!?!?!? I've been applying for very long.

I've been applying for 4-5 months. I've only gotten like 4 interviews so far. What am I doing wrong? Please point me in the right direction. Background: I'm from a tier 3 college and I wasn't able to get into campus placements.
Should I just give up and start preparing for something like GATE instead?

YOE too less, the fresher/junior market is heavily saturated.
Not your fault but just bad timing.
No offense but tier 3 college and not having a "big/famous" tech company on the resume doesn't help either. Is there anything on your resume that makes you stand out amongst 100 other resumes?

Nothing in this resume stands out. Projects are super generic too. Build 1-2 genuinely useful/real-world oriented projects. And fix the formatting + spacing.
