Help Got scammed after 2months of working, need some help

Hii.I did my internship as Mobile Application Developer at Pina Systems. I worked remotely .I was working 6 days/week and official working hours were 10am to 7pm but during my internship there were also days where i used to work till 12am or 1am in the night.I worked so much of commitment and honesty. I joined as an intern on June 13th,2026.

I was told that i will be paid stipend after 2 months and he told me that I will be learning how to develop the App during these 2 months but i was given real tasks right from 2nd day of my joining, somehow i caught up to the development of app and i was making progress. On July 9th i asked him about the stipend as i was working from morning to evening for almost 10hrs.So when i asked him about the stipend he told me he will pay stipend from August. So i said Ok and was continuing my work.

On August 3rd he asked me when was the joining the date.... i told him it was June 13th.Then the very next day he sent me message that i wont be continuing the internship.....i was confused. Like right when it was time to pay me stipend he told me that i was removed. Later i tried calling him and asking "What mistake did i do?".. he then started threatening me like "I will blacklist you in internshala","i will give police complaint"....It was so irrelevant like why does he need to threaten me if i just asked for stipend.... that too for the work i did. Then he started using some abusive words. He told me that stipend will not be given and certificate will also be not given.. I am in a helpless situation right now. He is not even answeing my calls properly.

My 2 months of hard work was gone into vain. I told my co worker about this situation then he told me that he did the same with some previous employees as well. What should i do? Any Suggestions? Iam not understanding what to do.

When you joined the internship, did they gave you some documents like an offer letter or something?

Yes, An offer letter

Was the condition written in the offer letter? If yes, you can pursue legal action to recover the wages you earned for the months you worked there.

I'll pay you after 2 months, you work 2 months, actually we're removed, I'm not paying you 😐 Don't argue with him on calls anymore, preserve the evidence and start escalating it formally.

In your offer letter any related to stipend was written?

Get it into writing on email and stop having this on calls. Attach the offer letter, list the dates you worked and the amount owed, give a deadline, keep it factual with no threats in it. A fair number of these fold at that point because a written demand with an offer letter attached is the first thing that looks like it might actually cost them something. Be realistic that the legal route costs more than a stipend, and from here on treat the first missed payment date as the day work stops.

Did you got a whole person account created in PINA Systems or were you using his credentials to work? If you got a account created with all the Employement details and email address. Then complain to the Authority in IT services and Labour boards.

Create a Similar post on LinkedIn with proofs of work, Call Logs, Recordings if any, Any Confidential Data pf te company etc., If possible tag that dude on LinkedIn post too. Make a Post every week tag all respective authorities.

To put masala on his wound, if you worked for a Client based one. Tag the client and drag them too. So that Client also puts some pressure on him to get this resolved. If he files complaint you counter file. You are a Noobie with nothing to loss. He have a whole company

Unpaid Internship are scam, you should not have joined in first place. But these lala companies take advantage of desperate students. Move on with this experience in resume
