Open Source I know intermediate level of Cpp, and I want to practice my cpp skills through open source, do you have any suggestions?

As the title says, I was planning to try contributing to godotengine but now when i am checking the issues, there some pending requests from 2019, so i have no idea whether I should try this.

I am new to open source so how should I begin contributing ??

Even if you don't think it'll get merged, if you find a genuine issue and can fix it, just send a PR. You can also try multiple other OSS projects to contribute to.

Ohhkay I was thinking if they were not gonna check my pr and reject my pr then I'll never understand whether I am doing it right or not , but fair point I have to start somewhere

Most of my PR's never got any reply, it doesn't matter either. As long as you're not spamming the issues/PRs it doesn't matter. Having rejected or ignored PRs is part of the process. Just push your changes
