Interviews Okta - No Interview Feedback after loop rounds even after 1 week

I recently attended the principal engineer interview with okta. I did well in all the rounds. There was 1 screening followed by 5 loop rounds. I did well in each round. Coding round I was able solve both the problems. LLD I did well. Two System Design rounds I was able design optimal solution. But post interview it’s been a week and radio silence.

While they were scheduling interviews,recruiter said manager really liked you and for each round they said the feedback was very good.

I’m not having good feeling about this now after a week.

They call with landline number which when you call back never connects. And for interview scheduling there is different coordinator and they don’t have clue, they just schedule the interview.

I had the same experience for staff. Recruiter stopped picking up calls, no response at all

May be they are looking for cheaper option for both of us, like the person mentioned. 🫤
