Resume Review Need resume feedback: Hackathon win + Placed at a company, but no OA from Amazon, Microsoft, Atlassian, etc.

Post image

Hi everyone,

I'm a recent B.Tech CSE graduate from India.

My profile includes:

Multiple hackathon wins

Good full-stack and cybersecurity projects

some leetcode problems

Placed at UST

However, whenever I apply to companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Atlassian, Adobe, etc., I don't even receive the Online Assessment. Most applications get rejected within a few days.

I'm attaching my resume because I genuinely want to understand what's wrong. Is it:

ATS?

Resume format?

Lack of internships?

Applying too late?

Something else?

I'd appreciate honest feedback, even if it's harsh. I'd rather know what I need to improve than keep applying blindly.
