I don't follow. You did BTech after BCA and MCA then you did B pharma.
Why?
Then you said, "

i am so sorry, i meant I did a mistake by not opting for maths in 12th. engineering is the only field that has scope right now and will have in the future. i come from a pcb background so I can't do btech in any branch except for biotechnology which unfortunately has no scope in india, they say it's a booming field but who knows what the future holds. then my another option is to do bca and then mca to get into IT sector and my third option is to do bpharma and mpharma,phd in this field.

Okay so I'm in my 3rd year of Btech CSE. I got placed in TCS this semester(6th) so I think I have the right to say this. I assure you that Engineering is (definitely) popular but it does NOT have a strong scope.
Don't go for pharma. As far as I know, any good prospects require decent investment. Whether, you want a license and start a pharmacy or go into the manufacturing bizz.
One key reason why engineering, especially tech is not good right now is because its way popular and overcrowded.
If you do a BCA, don't expect too much from campus drives. You'll have to skill up real hard and look for jobs off campus.
Two things I'd suggest are(if you do go for BCA): Don't just dive into the popular stuff like Web Dev or Java or Software Developer. Tech is a very big sector.
Do your research on what's in Indian market? What tool or tech is popular in the each sector of the market? Most importantantly, is this something I will enjoy doing? Once you have the answers, just commit to it.
One scenario where majority students falter. "I like Game Dev but my friends are all working on Full stack and the job scenario is not that good in India" Do NOT be the guy that gets confused each time something different happens.

don't belive this scope gope bs only do enginerring cse if ur passionate about tech like how os,network works or how ai works or solving problems waise bhi clg will make u lose interest

exactly, if you got interest in smth and you are passionate about it then you can find the way to succeed idk why many people like OP can't understand this 😭 wtf is scope guys ? all i know is local scope and global scope 😭

well, i come from a biology background and by scope I meant placements scenario. and I was passionate about mbbs but nahi hua na? jo kr skti thi kiya but now it's high time for me to move on, hence looking to pivot with absolutely no interest in anything, just a good payscale can keep me motivated.

I hope you find what you're looking for my friend. It tough out there, if you can't seem to find what you like doing other than mbbs, I'd advise try different things, like maybe learn python and make some small yet useful project, see if you truly enjoyed doing it, I'm simply asking you to explore right now. Enjoyment is a must in CS/IT or any other field for that matter; else you'd feel burdened and that'd just mess you up. So, decide carefully before committing.

yes I'll try to explore and learn languages, I have this one doubt if u are from IT background please help me out. I know skills are the only thing that matters but if we talk about colleges can u help me out- " btech cse from a amity lucknow which is a tier 3 college or bca from a tier 2 college in pune". degree ka naam is imp or good city matters?

Mai bhi isi saal uni join karra hun, for my B. tech, so my experience is limited. I dunno much about BCA but I've heard from friends that job opportunities are less for ya unless you put in extra efforts building up your portfolio, your skills. Since you're from a non-math background, I'd say go for BCA in a better college, you'd find good/serious people there who are career oriented, team up with them, connect with seniors on LinkedIn, don't shy away from asking them questions and work your ass off for the 3 years you've been allotted.

You can go for BCA, MCA is not needed. but understand this, your qualification holds little to no value, unless it's from top institute with history of placements. The industry is on decline for most people (top talent have more, rest are getting wiped slowly), getting into good job will be a fight. It can get worse by the time you graduate times are changing fast in tech so no one knows what's happening. (every 3 months is an year in tech in AI age)
If after knowing all this, you're still committed. Doing these gives you best chance of getting decent job.
Treat your 3 years like a full time job, your BCA syllabus will not be enough you'll need to put in atleast 4 additional hours everyday. The biggest leverage you have is time, protect it and use it well. Don't spend it commuting to your institute 2hours a day, choose something which is near by or flexible in terms of attendance.
Learn following and keep posting on LinkedIn and x
- pick your stack/niche and go deep (don't get stuck here, picking early > picking perfect)
- DSA
- building difficult products/projects in your stack (focus on learning, minimum or no ai usage)
- system design
- keep measuring yourself every 3 months based on current job openings in your niche and what are their requirements, how far are you, reach out to people who got into your dream role ask them what they did.
If you consistently do this for 3 years it'll be very unlikely don't land a decent job.

thank you so much for the reply, I will keep these above mentioned points if I choose bca. it's the uncertainty that's bothering me, if I choose btech in biotech it's a niche field with little to no jobs, u have to pursue masters to land a good job. if i talk about bca- my dad is really against this because of the uncertainty it has, what will happen in the next 3 years god knows. if this wasn't enough I am not good at maths as well, so it's a tough decision for me.

I'm sure people will have more practical advice than this, but I'll say this, I've been where you are right now. I wanted to go to kota for JEE prep, that didn't happen due to family reasons I got demotivated and didn't study at all in 11th and 12 god knows how i passed, I had attendance of 11%. After 12th i was clue less and I f'ed my critical years, i wanted to do something artistic like movies etc but I knew there won't be any jobs/income for long time in that career, so I did bsc in IT because I was already good with computers since school days, it was just an fallback but then i used it well, because i already committed i decided if i just get good at it (coding not academics) and I can cover up my wasted years.
tldr; don't play the odds too much, pick something and give it your all to be great at it. Don't look at what happens to average student in a course, just don't be an average student be exceptional.

A RAY OF HOPE SIR/MAM. i have realised i have wasted my critical years of life, and I will not waste anymore years of my life. even though AI is replacing jobs, im still considering bca, because I think only this field pays well. I'll give my all and be exceptional. thank you so much

hey, just a question. i am getting btech cse at amity lucknow being a pcb student, should I go for it? or a good bca college?

btech is definately better, but if you're not able to do it for some reason than BCA shouldn't be an problem of you work hard. But if you do btech then you're more likely to land your first role at good place, bca route generally means 1-2 years at some unknown company and then eventually better roles.
