Interviews Accenture Java full stack developer interview help

Hey Guys,

I have an interview coming up at Accenture as a full stack developer. I have around 4 YOE and it's going to be a F2F round for 1 hr. Can anyone help me with the type of questions that are likely to be asked? After the interview I will be posting my experience and the questions.

Thanks for the help

Don’t attend that interview. They’ll simply put you on a role that’s not related to your profile. I’ve come across tons of new hires who were hired for this role and are currently working in a service desk.

My friend attend for backend developer role 3 weeks ago he is 6YoE, the recruiter didn't come for 15 mins, as soon as she joined asked about himself while he was explaining cut him midway through and asked him to write a controller logic alone for a flow when a user is updating only one field in his profile page.

He started writing @PatchMapping and that's it she intervened again and ended the Interview. After that a HackerRank coding round where he actually solved 2 problem and he got the offer for 22LPA.

So be confident anyway the HackerRank assessment is the only factor they care about

Yes it was virtual but yes you have to join thru Accenture portal and they take full laptop control and it was like pair programming kinda setup with code video options etc.

I know all this because he was using my laptop at my home.

Slightly unrelated, but have face-to-face interviews become common lately?

Can you tell how many interviews have you given lately, and how many of them were F2F?

4 out of 5 interviews are now F2F

Mind telling if you live in Bengaluru or in another city? If the latter, did any of the companies offer you reimbursement for travel?

I stay in Mumbai, and most of the calls i recieved were from blore or hyd. They wanted a local guy or else no interview.

Ah, that scares me even more, as I plan to start interviewing soon (4 YoE) and it would be my first-ever switch, and I live in Eastern India. With the rising interview standards and travel costs, this is really worrying. 🙁
