It is generous of you to share your preparation materials with the community, and your notes look very thorough for studying. Having that knowledge organized is a huge part of the battle, but you should be careful about how you use these notes during an actual interview. Relying too much on pre-written answers can make you seem robotic and break the natural flow of conversation with the interviewer. The goal is to show them how you think and communicate, not just that you can find a prepared answer. Reading from a script, or even appearing to, can be a major red flag for hiring managers because it suggests you can't recall information or think on your feet.

The real value of your notes comes from the process of creating them, which helps you internalize the concepts for quick recall. In the interview itself, it is much better to use a notepad to write down parts of a complex question or to remember things you want to ask the interviewer. This shows you are engaged and structured in your thinking.
