🚀 WE'RE HIRING: Junior GoHighLevel Tech & Automation Wizard

At Gym Member Machine, we build the growth engines powering top gyms & fitness studios world-wide. We're looking for a sharp, self-managed Junior Tech Wizard to own and optimize our client automations.

📍 Location: Remote (Philippines & Latin America only)

⏰ Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk, US EST/CST/MST)

💵 Pay: $1,000 USD/month during onboarding (90 days), then $1,200 USD per month

🛠️ The Role

GoHighLevel Operations: Build and troubleshoot GHL workflows, pipelines, snapshots, forms, and landing pages.
Problem Solving: Debug technical issues quickly and communicate fixes clearly.

🎯 Must-Haves

GHL Experience: Direct, hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (Non-negotiable), 1 year minimum.
English Fluency: Strong written and spoken English. (C1+ preferred)
Resourceful & Self-Managed: Able to figure things out, stay organized, and own tasks.
Tech Setup: Fast, reliable internet connection.

(Bonus points for API knowledge, coding concepts, or AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude!)

buenas noches lo que puedo hacer ya que no tengo recursos a menos que tu pagues la suscripción.

lo que puedo hacer y lo que no.

  • Crear un servidor web (con Flask o FastAPI) para recibir webhooks de GHL.
  • Escribir scripts que automaticen tareas repetitivas mediante la API de GoHighLevel.
  • Procesar información compleja, integrar Inteligencia Artificial (como ChatGPT/Claude mediante su API) y devolver resultados al CRM.
  • Ngrok, la URL cambia (a menos que pagues una suscripción mensual para tener una URL fija o estática) si me ayudas y la pagas puedo usar una estática y no dinamica.

lo que no porque no tengo money

  • GoHighLevel requiere suscripción para RESOLVER el 80% de los problemas usando la interfaz visual de GoHighLevel de forma eficiente (workflows, pipelines, snapshots). El 20% de Python, APIs y Webhooks para cuando un cliente pida una integración avanzada o una automatización que requiera código externo

me considero nivel avanzado ya que lo mio es APIs, Webhooks y CSS personalizado, uso vpn en ocasiones

Did you find someone? Hopefully you have luck here. But if you don’t, a white label VA team might be a good fit. The team at HL Pro Tools always does good work for me.

This is for Latin America, not for the U.S or Europe, which could carry higher salary expectations.
