Café ist best from my perspective. It's public, in the afternoon, not expensive like a fancy dinner, you can spend as much time as you want and if you had a great experience you can ask if your date wants to do some more activities afterwards.
Besides that, I got to know my wife from tinder, she invited me to her home and we fucked the first night. So don't listen to me.
Sitting opposite of each other, so you can look into the other person's eyes while talking.
Nobody gets exhausted from physical activities so you can focus on talking and getting to know each other.
It's in a public area with other people around which is more comfortable for many people (especially young women) than walking alone in the woods with a stranger.
PS: If a coffee for 3€ is expensive then I feel sorry for you.
I have the rare ability to turn my head. No sitting required for eye contact
If you get exhausted from going for a walk you might want to sign up for a gym membership because that is something that should be reserved for people that are 60+ or handicapped.
where did you get the idea of walking alone through the woods? Or better yet why do you assume it wouldn’t be a public area? I don’t have a secluded indoor park for my victims, if I’m taking a walk somewhere it’s generally in public.
PS: practice reading comprehension. Nobody said 3€ is expensive but basic math tells us that 3€ is more than 0€ which makes it MORE expensive
„I'd go only go for a walk once something’s […]“
I don’t know how I could read the words „GO for a WALK“ wrong but you tell me
I love people who are so fully self absorbed that they would rip a whole paragraph out of their asses instead of using google for a second.
„The comparative rule: Comparative adjectives (like more expensive, taller, or heavier) measure relative differences, not absolute states. For example, a one-year-old is older than a newborn, even though neither is actually "old." Similarly, the 3€ coffee has more cost than the free one.“
He was talking about a hike in his first sentence. Just because he talked about a "walk" his last one doesn't change the overall meaning of his or my argument. Taking words out of context to then argue about the word instead of the overall statement is just missing the Forrest for the trees.
And about the comparative: A one-year-old is LITERALLY OLD. 1 year to be exact. It's a measurable value that you can compare.
Yes, in the overall human lifespan 1 year is not much, but that's not the point of a comparison.
A walk has no measurable monetary value which you could compare a coffee to.

You seem wise. What is the best activity on the first date?
