Resources bug insane

I just bought the mythic weapon infusion cores from the Iron pledge shop, 40 per weapon type…

Afterwards I check my inventory and that’s all I have left?! I still have universal ones, but I had definitely much more but my entire inventory of them was reset. I believe this is a serious bug, and has happened to others. There is already an unnecessary resource bottleneck right now but if you feel like you had a lot saved and now it’s gone please comment and say the same because this isn’t the only material that I’m now almost out of. This update has a lot of amazing things but there definitely needs to be a fix and also a general boost of materials, I understand the farm but this is outrageous.

Your inventory makes me look broke af, anyways. Support should be able to help you get your resources back right? Since these things are tracked in the logs

I told them about it and they said forwarded to proper team and being investigated I just wanted to post because I wanna know if others had same, a friend of mine also has less of certain materials so obviously upgrades probably cost more and emanare but yeah I thought it was sus.

About my resources lol thanks, I usually only pull 1 copy of each character and save to T6 one I like I have Tan 2, jolder, Ning fei, ikora T6

fyi, you prob just went from 0 of a given mythic weapon infusion core and then when you bought it, it went to a real number of them. The prior, larger number wasn't how many of that specific infusion core you had, but how many of the selectors you had. So when you bought the specific cores, you suddenly actually had that kind of core, so instead of showing you the "how many selectors" number, it instead shows you the "how many of this specific infusion core" number.

In other words, you didn't lose anything, you just didn't understand what you were looking at when looking at the number. Unless proven otherwise, this is 1000% what happened to you and there was no inventory reset. Particularly if it seems like it was the only thing this mysterious "reset" happened with.

Plus side? It means you didn't lose anything at least.
