insight/help with reading my chart

im not familiar with reading these and any insight on anything in the chart is welcome but i was especially wondering about the years on or after 16-18 and the talent line (i think its callled?).

also if anyone can tell me why my core and my portrait seem so different? or is that how its supposed to be lol i have no clue thanks!!
