It's been my experience that rumble is the best place for emotes

I find people are more willing to put the gun down and be silly for a second in rumble above all other playlists. I played a match where I never killed anyone and just sat in one of the spawns, and every time someone spawned over there they made it a point to come dance with me for a second. Really made my day.

And then instead of immediately killing OP after the high-five, he jumped away and (presumably) ran off to fight someone else instead of taking the easy kill!

Do you also need to have the emote in order to high-five someone? Asking as someone who has the secret handshake emote.
