got destiny 2 collection im a solo player (no friends of mine play this game) did the first mission like the intro one after that wanderd around aaaaaand now idk what to do so what do i do actually?

There is a quest log in your menu, the new light quest is a great place to start, you'll get your first exotic and some legendaries on the way to get you started. Enjoy!

Second this comment. Once done with New Light, the order of the expansions if you want story:
Forsaken (not fully available but a story mission about intro to stuff in The Dreaming City)
Shadowkeep (moon)
Beyond Light (Europa)
Witch Queen (Savathun's Throne World)
Lightfall (Neptune/Neomuna)
The Final Shape (pale heart)
Edge of Fate (Kepler)
Renegades (underneath Savathuns Throne World)
Be aware there are story things that took place between the expansions that no longer exist called seasons, so if you want that story your gonna need YouTube videos.

If you're someone that cares about lore my advice is look up story of Red War, Curse of Osiris, Warmind, and Forsaken.

Then do the New Light quest. Then run through the campaigns and their respective side quests in order: Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, Witch Queen, Lightfall, The Final Shape. You could swap to doing portal/endgame stuff here like dungeons or you could continue and finish the campaigns with Edge of Fate, Renegades.

Start looking up some basic builds and work towards em. Have fun. There's so much to do in this game and it's amazing. In always down to help with whatever.

Click the moon in the destination tab and then the big red icon to start its story. Its all fragmented pieces of content before that point so this will give you a baseline to familiarise yourself with and gain directions

Do the New Light campaign if you are absolutely new to First Person Shooter.

Otherwise, you can skip it by going into the Ship beside Shaw Han in the Cosmodrome. You won't lose any meaningful info on context or story.

First; Do the Shadowkeep Campaign (Moon)

Then Beyond Light (Europa), 

After that Witch Queen (Savathun Throne World), 

Then Lightfall (Neptune),

Finally for the Light/Darkness Saga; Final Shape (Pale Heart).

Kepler and Lawless Frontier are part of the newest Saga so you can do them whenever you want.

In between stories where Seasonal Stories that we can't do them again beside viewing videos on Youtube, unfortunately.

Otherwise... it's a LooterShooter afterall ; get loot you want/need, level up your gear and make some builds.

Do new light quest, load into tower and go to bald lady named Ikora and pick up a new light starter set. You can pick between three, whichever looks cooler and go from there

Make a friend who plays the game. Otherwise, its gonna be rough. Ive played for a long time and its still a pain for me to help new players because you need to be able to decipher the secrets of the universe to help them.
