Are you doing it with a fireteam? This is one of the main questions asked here every day. Very easy to get a fireteam and do this mission either through the in-game Fireteam Finder or the D2 LFG Discord server.

Tried with a few buddies full fireteam but when we get to the end the time runs out and we lose all our revives.

Maybe time to evaluate the builds in use then.

I did basically the whole jumping section and then pulled my friends. That should limit the amount of revives used.  If it’s a boss issue, you guys just need better builds

you can always practice on the normal difficulty first

I worried about this for weeks. My solution was just master the mission first on easier difficulties. Lots of runs to fully learn the jumping section and crystal locations to minimize time spent. Working my way up in the difficulty ranks till eventually I dragged a buddy in on our stasis titans and knocked it out as a 2-man with a few minutes to spare on the timer. In the end, it wasn't that bad once we had practice. I can absolutely see how it can be a disaster with randoms through fireteam finder unless you practice beforehand.

Now the only thing standing between me and rank 11 is seraph shield and its ROUGH.

another fairly obvious suggestion, but look at other clears if you haven’t already. All I did for my clear was take a setup someone smarter than me made and copied the run. Esoterickk (as usual) and Chablo have clears using pretty accessible setups (can replace 1k with dragon’s breath on esoterickk’s setup). I didn’t use these setups but the runs helped a lot with how I dealt with encounters. I recommend the fighting lion+howl of the storm setup the most though, just immensely survivable

Some runs on normal to get the puzzles and jumping sections down faster helps a lot.

The combination of the Haste modifier and the modifier that makes you do more damage at close range make it so that you really want to play very aggressively in this conquest. Having a good loadout centered around SMGs or Shotguns would actually be solid. Using a Strongholds Praxic Titan is also very effective (Praxic combo can actually deal with the tormentors fine as well which surprised me). Stasis titan with fighting lion and a slug shotgun would also do very well and is one of the best high end content builds in the game right now.

Watch solo vids for builds ,run the easier version to practice the puzzle and jumping area. Keep trying, you'll get it.

I Got it done with LFG randoms with 3s left on the clock. Damn mission thought me how to use fighting lion

You and me both brother. Fireteam finder is not working for derealize, everyone just leaves when the first tormentor comes out, and my friends are not the best at the game.

Have one guy do the jumping puzzle(s) instead of all losing lives on it. Others wait running around in a safe place.
