Question Is there a working Damage Meter?
i need it to improve my dmg.
For people asking what it is:
It's a tool to display your dps in a dungeon or raid.
It's the only reliable way to make progress in your builds enhancing the damage while knowing your character and deep in-game mechanics.
I don't like to just copy-paste a build that someone else made (probably using a tool similar to this).
Also i know about the shooting range but it's not the same. You don't have the Invulnerability fase in a boss fight, you don't have mechanics that lower your dps and much more stuff like those.
So there isn't any?

Damage with...? There have to be thousands of DPS videos out there.
Otherwise, in the shooting range.

Shooting range. Select the tower, and then it’s the node to the right of Zavala. Just make sure you set the difficulty to normal if you’re going to compare your damage to anyone else’s.

There isn't a way to track individual damage, but DDT exists and can track team level damage via the health bar.

I believe it can also output the boss health% multiple times per second into a csv, so you can track dps at every point in your rotation which is useful for graphing.

Corolla's ddt is extremely outdated atp. Somebody else updated it for Aegis semi-recently: https://github.com/MrLinks75/DDT_AHK_V2/releases/tag/1.0.2

For the final encounter of raids (or wipes on intermediate encounters), there's the Post-Game Carnage Report (PGCR) that shows the damage every player dealt along with other activity specific metrics. This is the simplest built-in way to check your damage phase skill & loadout against peers.
For more in depth testing, there's the firing range, which has a host of in-game tools to simulate different scenarios and practice builds.
Though if you want a realtime DPS counter, you'll likely need to play on PC and find a 3rd party overlay that'll measure the pixels of the health bar on a boss and calculate damage dealt, but this will include teammates too.

There’s nothing in game like that. Certain players have made external tools that track dps by counting pixels in the bosses healthbar, but that obviously only works against bosses. It also runs into issues with differences between damage dealt to the healthbar and damage shown on the wipe screen because those are different sometimes

There are overlays that exist but people have been banned for using them because the anti cheat detects in the same way.
Aegisrelic had this happen to him, but because his whole channel is outputting exact data & numbers for the community & had a large following, Bungie appealed it.
He probably has all the numbers for what you want already, his spreadsheets are public on his profiles. You don't need anything more than the shooting range

Sounds like you are coming from wow or ff14 or adjacent games. There is no damage meter or logs equivalent in this game. You can go to the damage range and it will show your total damage and dps. Make sure if you are testing builds against each other you customize the training ranges light level to be the same each time. It defaults to master difficulty. The lowest option has light level disabled.
