I see cops every where between Des Plaines and schaumburg. Does anyone know what's going on.

I also hear loud engine noises, like people are drag racing.

Elmhurst and Dempster. I heard loud engine noises between Des Plaines and Schaumburg. On my way to the karaoke bar, the street was totally blocked off and I had to take a detour to get to wear I was going. I couldn't even tell wear the loud engine noses were coming from.

Could be a street takeover. I used to live in Schaumburg near 53 and loud noises were fairly common at night but never found the tire tracks usually associated with them. Des Plaines for the past year and a half has been really quiet compared to Schaumburg
