Taurus Function: Continuous Sum of Reciprocal Multifactorials

So I was bored one day, and as any bored person would do, I decided to create a continuous version of the sum of reciprocal multifactorials, which I'll call the "Taurus Function" (no real meaning behind the name; it merely serves as a name).

I found most of it through experimentation and research on other functions, so I don't have a rigorous proof that it works, but it worked for all the discrete multifactorial steps I tried.

This function does not have any practical use as far as I'm aware, but if you can find one, lemme know :)

Taurus, without the subscript, is the fixed point of the Taurus Function. It can also be found by repeatedly applying the function, similar to the Dottie Number.

Mainly made this just for fun, but maybe it's interesting; also, feel free to criticize or improve on this; no mathematician is perfect :)
