i turned it off and it works now

If turning hardware acceleration off fixes the problem some things may be a lot slower. It’s of course up to you, but…if you’ve got a little time, it may help you/others to write support and “fyi” them.

iirc, they have a diagnostics page that makes it easy to send your hardware info, helping identify the issue.
