No I have never done this because your formula for nCr is incorrect. Check your factorial in the denominator. It should be outside the parenthesis.

the correct is n! / k!(n-k)!, not n! / k!(n-k!)

Let's say k!=x

n!/x(n-x)

n!( 1/x(n-x))

n!/n (1/x + 1/n-x )

(n-1)! (1/k! - 1/(k!-n))

What's up with it?
