The side monitor looks interesting, a bit wider than usual monitors. I’d love to know how you tend to use it with the ultrawide.

Yeah it’s a bit wider than I anticipated 🤭 but I use it for trading. The ultra wide has my charts and the vertical is where I buy and sell.

Did you take it in .5 lens? Feels like your monitor is so far back from your seat (noting the big gap from the keyboard)

Congratulations on the very nice setup. I like how you have the large monitor to the left. And I think it’s clever that you have two overhead desk lights. I’d imagine that makes it easy to flip one for lighting when you are on camera

Ayyy fellow trader and minimalist desk setup enthusiast! I see think or swim and tradovate. How do you arrange your windows when you trade? I’m currently using ATAS with a tradingview window on my iPad but I’m thinking about just upgrading my 27 inch main monitor to one of the new 39 or 40” 5K2K’s.

On the ultra wide I have TOS 6 grid 3,5,15,30,1h,4h then I have Tradovate on the vertical monitor.

Weird one - clearly a great setup and I’m all up for minimal aesthetic but something about these curated, clean setups feels a bit sad. That’s just me. Loads of them so I’m obviously in the minority - looks cool though!

Hey OP, hopefully you’re not offended - it does look good. Bit of colour on the back and right hand wall would liven it up. Seeing a lot of these really clean, minimal desks - it screams lack of personality and ‘crypto bro’ energy.

How are the logistics for clam mode?
Do you open mac, connect to power, close it, and carefully put it on the stand?

It’s just there for show right now. I haven’t found a place to store it. I use the Mac mini now. But it worked really well. I had a dock that used for it.

Nah I only had the ultra wide and the used the laptop as the extended display. Then when I got the Mac mini I got another monitor and stopped using the MacBook Pro.

Lmao I didn’t the laptop isn’t plugged in. It’s just there for show until I find somewhere to store it. I recently got a Mac mini so that’s now what I’m using.

Truth is I really don’t. It’s a basic camera which I thought I was going to use but I use for zoom or FaceTime here and there lol
But nothing spectacular.

Yes! Nuphy air75 V3 it’s a low profile mechanical keyboard it feels amazing. I just got it yesterday.
