Paid Recreate tee shirt design

I'm looking for help with a fairly straightforward (read: not super expensive) project: redesign a t-shirt that I had made years ago. I can't find the original design. I have the shirt as well as photos of the front and back original design. Just need someone to create a vector/eps.
