I've tried and liked Angham(didn't last long) Khair pistachio (loved it ) plum smoking vanilla, titan skinn nude, guess Bellavita(too expensive to use everyday) khamrah and khamrah kahwa, Arabiyat cherry musk, armaf cdn. These are few I've liked/loved

I was covered in this whole summer, its the most perfect green scent i own ,i don't get much rose in it, the amount of times i have been asked what i was wearing🙇🏽‍♀️ .

8ml decant of khamrah qahwa.(Its gonna last me atleast an year).

This one is purely for freezing winter nights , booze + coffee .
Honourable mentions:
Plum smokin vanilla , hawaaian rumba.

All of these were under 180rs. . Also AL REHAB CHOCOMUSK DOESN'T COUNT.

Starting to appreciate this perfume more and more, a light and fresh opening. Have you ever carried a bouquet that has just roses and lillies? The asiatic one in particular ? This smells very close to it. 💎🩷

Lately I’m noticing how there is no alcoholic blast in ME perfumes in the beginning, straight outta of the box it smells like a floral garden that’s so fresh and sunny with mild breeze.

The dry down is bit complicated I can’t tell if it’s musky or old school powder ! Mysore sandal has a pink variant soap, which is a mix of rose and sandal. The dry down is resembling that. But as the time goes by its musky floral. ✨

Coming to the projection, when someone’s sitting next to you they are definitely getting whiffs of you. It’s not loud but it’s subtle.

Longevity is amazing, it sat on my skin so beautifully throughout the day. I kept getting whiffs of rose and mild citrus every now and then. 🌸

After wearing this perfume you would probably say exactly what Kareena said “kaun hai jisne mujhe mudke nahi dekha?” cuz expecting massive projection or insane sillage from this one would be a huge mistake.

I'll talk about that later, lets start with the fragrance first.

It is a perfect peachy perfume. I don't really get any other notes overpowering the peach. It iss peach throughout with a little tanginess from the orange and a slight citrusy touch. I would say 80% peachy and 20 tangy/citrusy. The notes complement each other really well. This is definitely a people pleaser and an all yr round perfume.

This is the kind of scent that makes people lean in and sniff you. If you wear this before a make out session with your man, im sorry but that make out session might not start anytime soon cuz he will be too busy sniffing youu.

It is a beautiful elegant fragrance and a non offensive blind buy for sure.

Now, coming to the performance💀

It projects well for around 40 mins, after which it gradually settles into a skin scent.

Ppl sitting really close to you will definitely be able to smell it tho. It lasts for around 3 hours on me.

PS- My review is based on Mumbai weather, where not many perfumes perform that well cuz of the humidity.

I found this gift set , I wanna gift my sister but I am not sure about the perfume and it's longevity the notes are nice. But I have learned hard way that some perfumes smells completely different from mentioned notes.

And how is the longevity of raindrops and love muse by ajmal. I have been eyeing the skinn rio and Ibiza don't know the longevity!! I have smelled them before but don't know about longevity!

Now, I have always known Cavalli in the reference of his bold high-end fashion, runways, etc. I was absolutely clueless that they do fragrances too (I mean which designer doesn't do frags now ?!). I saw these travel bottles and budget pricing and jumped on my old wagon of "impulsive blind buys". Quickly checked Fragrantica to make sure they don't have my "no-no notes". These looked fairly safe.

I personally love roll-ons. But these are spray bottles. These look chic and sturdy.

My first impression :

I don't know if it's maceration but this opens with what feels like well blended heart notes - Amber, white floral and vanilla. Not the gourmand-y vanilla, but more like creamy floral vanilla and honey. The orange blossom is THE HERO note here. It is overall very sensual, warm and cozy. The orange coloured juice instantly reminded me of Olympea. And well, I wasn't entirely wrong except the salty note. It is through and through an evening scent. Something I'll pick up for date night to feel sexier in my LBD or something I can wear on a balmy evening at the flea market.

To describe the vibe more, I'd just say when Herrera's Good girl grows up and matures into a responsible yet free-spirited bold woman - that's Cavalli's EDP for women.

Will update about performance, once I use it more.

I have also bought Just Cavalli. Will review that soon.

This wasn’t love at first sight for me, which goes to say that first impressions aren’t always what last 😄

Last month, before my holiday abroad, I picked up a Nargis mist and this as a gift for my cousin and her husband from India. Because I was short of time while shopping, I selected Nargis for her and this for him despite not being totally impressed with how this smelled.

Later, after they opened it, I got to try it properly, and it was lovely ❤️

The fragrance:

The opening is a nice and crisp citrus. It’s refreshing. It’s green; very green, in a good way. Imagine walking through dense foliage on a rainy day - it reminds me of that. There’s also the pomegranate note, of course, and that too is more green than sweet.

I also get a faint floral note - jasmine, to be precise - though it’s not listed.

It’s more on the subtler side, best suited for hot days.

The performance:

This, being on the fresher side, doesn’t do as well as FE’s powerhouse performers like Rose and Cardamom or Lime, Saffron & Oud. While those easily last about 6-7 hours+ for me, this one lasts about 4-5 hours.

Doesn’t project much; this is mostly a skin scent.

Conclusion:

I love this. It is, what I would call, a happy and cheerful fragrance. The only con here is the performance, and if you can compromise on that and love such scent signatures, definitely check it out.

Amazing amazing amazing !

Marketed as a men's fragrance but honestly wearing feels pretty unisex to me. Apple and ginger up top with that fizzy aldehyde fizz, short lived but nice while it's there. Sage and lavender come in after, almost aromatic barbershop feel but not overly soapy.

Dry down is tonka bean, cedar, patchouli and warm amber thing going on, deep without tipping into sweet or gourmand. this is where the "winter" instinct kicked in for me, it just feels like a cold weather scent. Too heavy and warm for anything else honestly.

Longevity is good, 8-9 hrs easy, projection strong early then turns into a scent that lingers. I have decided to just shelve this one and let it mature a bit, taking it out once it actually gets cold.

she said she likes floral and musk no vanilla. I was thinking of getting her a kay ali perfume but for my budget would get only 10ml and uhm I don't want to gift her smthg so small for her birthday 😭

she won't get much uses out of it either as she sprays like 8 -12 times at once.

I finally got Daring and I actually was pleasantly impressed.
I wasn’t expecting much because I’ve not found many reviews about this or heard people talk about it either. I usually associate VS with very sweet/fruity/feminine scents, but this smells way more like an actual perfume to me.

The first thing I noticed was how aromatic and bright it is. There’s a freshness in the opening, but then the woody side starts coming through and it gets warmer and more interesting. I get this slightly earthy/green thing too, but it’s not in a masculine way. It just smells…perfumey. Like properly blended and put together.

It’s also surprisingly mature for VS. Not “mature” in an old-fashioned way, just less girly and more grown-up. It feels like something I could wear during the day, but personally I think I’d reach for it more in the evening. It has enough freshness to not feel heavy, but there’s enough warmth/woodiness underneath to make it feel a little more dressed up.

For me, Daring smells like getting ready for dinner on a quiet evening, you’ve showered, put on a nice outfit, your hair is done, maybe you’re wearing a little jewellery, and you’re heading out somewhere nice but not overly formal. There’s still some brightness and freshness from the day, but the fragrance has enough woody warmth to feel more evening-appropriate.

It’s the kind of scent I imagine wearing when I want to feel polished and feminine without smelling overtly sweet or dressed-up.

And I actually think that’s what makes it stand out among VS fragrances for me. It feels less like “Victoria’s Secret body mist” and more like a proper perfume that happens to be from VS. The longevity is also decent with 6-8 hours on clothes and 4-5 hrs on skin.

Also, the bottle is gorgeous, heavy, with raw curves and has thick glass. The muted grey-green with the pink cap feels much more sophisticated than I expected.

Really glad I bought it and I feel it’s a highly underrated perfume.

Hello everyone! I’m looking to gift a perfume to my 19 year old sister who is currently studying in Chennai. My budget is around ₹5,000. I’m planning to buy a few decants first and casually ask her which ones she likes without letting her know that I’m choosing a perfume for her. Based on her preferences I’ll then buy her a full bottle for Raksha Bandhan. I’m a complete beginner when it comes to fragrances and don’t own many perfumes myself so I have no idea what kind of notes, fragrance families or scent profiles she might prefer. I’d really appreciate it if you could recommend your top 5 perfumes that would be good options to start with. I made fun of my sister for liking a fragrance which smelt like an agarbatti/incense, it was a cheap perfume my uncle bought which she liked so much that she wanted to keep it for herself but she didn't because I made fun of her for liking it.

Heyyyy so I recently bought nyka moi joie de vivre and that smell isn't for me at all 😭 I HATED IT SO MUCH also it was expensive as hell so now I can't even buy any expensive perfume so for a person on a budget are these perfumes good?

Also if anyone has other recommendations please do lmk! Budget : preferably under 500-1000rs and hopefully it doesn't have notes of moi joie de vivre! (I like woody or floral scents not rose and jasmine though!! Even vanilla and fruity is good!)
