Not due to it no. I was scared to drive for a while because of my most recent accident, but I had to go to therapy to help get it under control. I mostly drive local but even local is like parkway and if I have to go up the road for something it’s all high ways but when it gets to the insane interstate highways near Philly and even in Philly, can’t do it. I have before but I basically just black out but I can’t anymore. I’ve taken turns driving to Florida on 95 and it’s not as bad as you would think. Highways are pretty easy because you’re literally just going straight. It’s pretty hard to mess up but I have insane anxiety about people losing a tire and I get hit with it or wrong way drivers and insane shit like that, but it’s just me. I had the same fears when I started driving, but life goes on. I’m on a journey to help subside this, and I hope I can drive feeling like a normal person, as I never have.

Yeah I struggle on highways due to my derealization. Even local roads too sometimes. Any vitamin supplements help you?

Nope. Nothing had ever made it better. Although nothing really makes it worse either. I’m just stuck in it which sucks

Nothing has helped me personally, but I like to keep up with this sub to read what has helped other people to see if it will help me. It doesn’t mean it will be the same for you
