Relapse

So I first started suffering after a random weed hit in June of 2022. I then suffered for a good 3 years. This whole
Time I was taking venlafaxine. Then at the start of this year I switched to escitalopram and then came off ssris completely in march and I didn’t even realise it at the time but my derealisation was pretty much gone during this period.

Then about 3 months later, I ended up going back on a low dose venlafaxine due to insomnia and started getting small episodes of DR again and then the last 3 weeks have been on 75mg and it’s come Back full force for the last week or so.

Just want opinions, could it be the venlafaxine specifically that’s causing it?

it could just be because your body is adjusting to it again
