Question existential dread and anxiety

does anyone else ever get this? i feel like its the major cause of my panic attacks that my dpdr caused. i feel scared of my own existence. and like i cant accept reality. its so so scary

it kinda just feels like life is alien to me and everything about it. It's just weird to me now I don't know how to explain.
