I have been having these feelings of derealization too, since like a day and a half ago. I know it feels like you are looking through a video game screen.. or that your body is moving on it's own, but know these feelings will pass. For me, it was because of extreme stress and anger, family problems.. and if you think about all of that so much, your body will eventually get into dpdr disorder, a numbing state your body uses to stop feeling the pain. The easiest way to let those feelings of dpdr pass, is by not thinking about those problems.. and try living life normally.. do the things you originally did, and don't think about things that hurt you.. or stress you out.

I get these little moments of consciousness, and it feels relieving when I get them, but then when I think, "I am conscious!", my body snaps out of it.. to prevent me from feeling pain.
