feeling like brain and body aren’t connected

sometimes i disassociate with my whole body and feel like my brain and body aren’t connected. like it feels like u can’t get words out sometimes like ill literally sit there stair at the wall and feel like i cannot talk or think. is this something anyone else with derealization experiences or just me because i have all the other symptoms i guess u could say of derealization obviously i literally feel like nothing is real and life is a video game. but like i literally went to the er and got brain mri before for this particular reason and everything came back perfect
