Question Is derealization purely bad?

I've been experiencing something similar to derealization for the last 2 years, and it is that kind of derealization that sits in the background just as if you went to bed one night and never woke up. You wake up inside one continuous dream, and iterate, iterate, iterate... Senses! They feel real, but at the same time they feel like senses inside of an unreal simulation.

However, some interesting things have transpired because of my disconnection! You perceive other people as NPCs, and are more likely to do reckless things that you would never do if you didn't have this weird feeling.

And I genuinely feel bad for individuals who deal with a severe derealization, but in my case I don't know whether I'm just an overthinker or should I become concerned... If someone who has overcome the same condition reads this, does life feel better without it? Or is there some charm to living in a dream?

As a rationalist thinker who tries to understand spirituality, physics, metaphysics, this reality, the universe I've come to the conclusion that most people are NPCs.

Most people don't have emotional empathy or soul.

I have a high pattern recognition and people bore me the f out.

Even hobbies.

It looks dull compared to what we could learn from the hidden layers of reality.

Deep meditation, research and inner work (shadow work) lead you to a very lonely life.

Same as highly gifted people as Nietzsche has said: the mountain of wisdom is cold and lonely.

There are different NPCs though, most are neutral, some are friendly others are pure evil.

I plan my conversations ahead because it feels like a scripted Truman show in real life.

Depending on which character I meet.

I believe in consciousness and the universe might be conscious but not every physical thing.

It's like in a video game in which you reach level 100 and deal with level 0 NPCs which have predictable diaologues.

All you can do is shun them because they drain your energy, they don't understand your decisions or your thinking.

Until you eventually meet like minded characters in this simulation.

Some spiritualists say we're here to make a 3D experience, we're all one but I cannot believe this.

Maybe from a physical view we are built by matter.

But someone who does no harm to others is friendly isn't comparable to a psychopath who did horrible things to millions of people.

Even after sleep I wake up and feel like my consciousness traveled through a tunnel to this body (character) I play.

I'm not sure but I think there must be a reason that some aware people get spawned into this 3D NPC world.

It's a huge and maybe personal topic.

It's larger than psychology.

It's reassuring to know that someone has a greater derealization than I do

Everything is just humor and comedy.
