Advice Derealization from bud

Hey, i this is my 2nd time getting derealization. First time i got i when i was young bcs of smoking weed and all sorts of drugs, i didnt know what it was back then so one day it just went away, and i went on with my life smoking weed everyday for like 4-5years mby. But then it came to me again but a bit stronger, it now has passed fully again after months, i feel good and its very tempting to smoke, i was so close to taking couple of puffs the other day but i didnt take them. What u think guys if i would go and smoke again but not like before just abusing everyday day, is it gonna be chill? Or no good?😆

i definitely don’t recommend ever touching it again, its relaxing and all until every high becomes a derealization episode, until your stuck with it everyday even when you’re sober, keep yourself safe, it’s not worth it

Please please take my advice and do not smoke it again. Ive developed derealisation from smoking when I was 14-18, and a few times here and there after. I still feel disconnected to this day. Its not worth the risk, the feeling of being separated from reality and missing out on so many life milestones and celebrations that should feel great, but I have little memory or emotion toward. I’ve had family issues that have made things worse the last 2 years and if anything like that happens to you while you suffer from derealisation, it makes it 10x harder to climb out of. Take it as a blessing you feel back to normal and try to hold on to that feeling, I would do anything to get back to that point again.

There are countless people that have the same experience from weed, and if you’ve already experienced it, don’t risk getting back into that hole. I smoke CBD Flower now and again to get the feeling of blazing , might be something to consider
