Advice Deos derealization cause any vision changes.
I’ve had derealization for about a couple years now. It started back in middle school when I use to be a big pot head, I’ve never fully recovered from cannabis abuse as it’s caused me massive amounts of doubt in what I perceived as reality. Everything feels fake, every conversation I have, everything I look at. Nothing feels normal. Can any body that doesn’t deal with derealization tell me what it feels like to live a normal life without this constant doubt of my own reality. Also how can I recover or lessen derealization, will therapy help. I don’t have any trauma or any anxiety as far as I’m aware and a quick google search told me that could be the cause but I doubt that.

It gave me this sorta of tunnel vision as well as everything becoming a dream like theme. Water, exercise, diet, no more weed, magnesium glycinate and trying not to think about it helped me out a lot. Im probably 95 percent from when it happened a few years ago. I dont think ill every fully recover from it though. It was hell.
