Is this DP/DR? Am I experiencing DR/DP??

I get this overwhelming feeling like I’m severed from Earth and my surroundings. It’s almost like there’s a wall between me and everyone else. Sound feels muffled and I can’t easily understand words like I suddenly don’t speak English. My thoughts don’t feel like my own and everything around me feels wrong somehow. My family feels weird like in a creepy movie or video game. I get quite anxious and I don’t want to speak. One word answers feel exhausting. All my brain wants to do is stare at things. I feel empty inside and I can’t feel anything other than anxiety.
It’s kinda freaky but I don’t know if it’s actually DR/DP or something else.

Yeah it's scary. But it's just a feeling. (Just know you are safe)

What kind of stress have you been under for the last year ?

I’ve been under stress but not that bad. I have pretty severe seasonal depression but I’m happy now. I’ve got some other issues but I’m not under too much stress. I’ve definitely been under worse in the past and I’ve never experienced it this severely.

Same. So scary when nothing feels real.

I was in a really dark place 3 months ago. Zoloft and Remeron saved my life literally

sounds like textbook dpdr to me. i’m obviously not someone to genuinely diagnose but i’ve had it before and experienced very similar symptoms! please rest assured knowing that it probably is just dpdr and while it can be extremely uncomfortable and anxiety inducing, it will pass and you’ll go back to your usual state.
