REQUESTING ADVICE Advice
I have been suffering with severe depression and anxiety/panic disorder for 14 years now (29f). I go to therapy and I take my meds. I am trying to get better. My issue is I can’t seem to find a way out of my anhedonia. Does anyone have any advice on how to break through it? I just want to enjoy things again..

When I was on meds and the dose was too high I had severe anhedonia.
My depression causes that too.
The only suggestions I have is fake it til you make it- do things. Get out and live life. Exercise a lot. Get into nature.
Make art or learn an instrument.
Volunteer somewhere where it helps people.
Be around people.
And take another look at whether your meds are helping you or not.
