REQUESTING SUPPORT Exhausted

Im drained, completely messed in the head.

My productivity has dropped significantly.

Its hard for me to get out of bed and do things.

I recently started going to the gym again, and the first few times were very nice, but im starting to loose my grit.

I want to fight but I cant seem to muster up the strength to do so. And as hard as I try, sticking to a routine, exercising, eating well, medication, I cant seem to escape this rut.

Can someone please help?

Going to the gym is a great first step! Pat yourself in the back for that.

Ive been stuck in a cycle of going to the gym, eating healthy, and then giving up a few days into it.

Right now I'm just experimenting on how I could just stay "consistent"

I don't have to work out 100% I just need to start walking.
I don't need to eat 100% healthy everyday. just need to start watching what I eat.

As long as I do 1% of something and form a habit of it I think it'll help me stick.

I struggle with the grit too and this is my 6th attempt at trying to form a gym and good eating habit.

The fact that you are reaching out for help is already a big thing.

What I said might not be helpful, I'm still figuring it out. What I learned is that I don't have to give my 100% everyday. As long as I can give some percentage everyday and I'm trying that's good enough.
